Like He did with Elijah, He invites me to stand, as I am: Naked. And whole.
With all that I am and all who I have been . . .
With my wonder and worry . . .
With the fear and the fury . . .
With all that I want to be, hope to be, and think I should be . . .
He asks me to "Come": out of the margins and into His glory.
Free. Full. Flawed.
And so I stand, sacrificing comfort and control.
Willing . . . to be Me.
Willing for whatever.
