I've always felt that we need to treat those outside our family as spirit-family. I've often been thankful for Spiritual Parents - those who pray for me like a parent. I've never thought about being a Spiritual Child - like you were to this man. How beautiful!<br /><br />I have also realized the need to develop interests, volunteerism, etc. will help me not be over-bearing when they move into the independence-with-training-wheels stage. <br /><br />I loved your post.
